Returns

Due to the nature of our artisanal handcrafted products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida.
